Family

  • Husband and Wives
    • No property shall be deemed to change title nor ownership, based on any marital status nor on any change thereto.
    • Marriage is an absolute defense against all tort, and additionally shall be grounds for dismissal with prejudice.
    • Alimony shall not be set at a quantity greater than that of 3 months' living expenses of an average person. And, it shall not be ordered for a second time.
    • No court shall have any authority nor jurisdiction to order spousal support for someone who is no longer the payor's spouse.
    • No state nor federal court has authority nor jurisdiction to hear a case against a man, brought by anyone who was his wife, was his son or daughter, or was living under his roof at the time of the matter.
    • No court shall have authority to accept, admit, compel, nor consider any testimony or evidence against a man by someone who was his wife at the time of the matter.
    • Nothing shall be construed as adultery, other than a man's and a woman's having penetrative relations, while that woman is married to another man.
    • No government shall have authority to impose any law of monogamy.
  • Inheritance
    • The property of any who die, shall be divided among his sons, his immediate male offspring, in proportion to their number plus one. The firstborn shall inherit two portions
    • If a man die having no sons, his property shall be inherited in equal portions by his daughters
    • If a man die having no sons nor daughters, his property shall be inherited by his brothers
    • No state nor federal entity shall make any law to cause that a man's property and pensions, et c, be inherited by any of his wives
  • Fatherhood and children
    • The guardianship, the authority, the custody of all children whose father is known, rests exclusively in the father.
    • If the father of a minor child should pass away, the guardianship, the authority, the custody of all his children shall pass to the oldest adult son or to his brothers, as inheritance also does.
    • No government nor legal entity shall have authority to enforce any "child support" law, criminal nor civil, against any man who affides that he desires more custody of his child
      • No conditions nor "strings" shall be added to a man's inalienable right to contend that he desires more custody of his child
      • Any party claiming to need more "child support" is in fact and in law claiming to be unable to provide and exercise custody of that child

Economic justice

  • No state nor Federal government shall make any law nor regulation that anything be accepted in payment, except gold or silver, denominated exclusively by weight.
  • Definitions of measures of weight shall by the Federal government be regulated, i.e.
    • shall be defined once for the people to understand
    • shall not be modified
  • No license shall issue for fraudulent lending ("fractional reserve banking").
    • No entity governmental nor private shall lend anything, except:
      • that that entity have previously 100% of that thing being lent
      • that that entity lose to the borrower, upon lending, 100% of that which is lent, until such time as the loan be repaid.
  • Possession of private property, including but not limited to gold and silver, shall be private, legal, and not subject to any requirement of reporting.
  • Dayworkers, journeymen, and wage employees, who complete (i.e. end) a shift before sundown, shall be paid that same night. Those completing a shift after sundown shall be paid the next night.
    • Withholding of workers' pay overnight, shall be punishable by law
    • The "pay period" for all workers paid hourly or daily shall be: One day.
  • No government entity shall engage in any sort of charitable nor economic giving of gifts of monetary nor any other nature for the welfare of any persons, except for foodstuffs taxed directly from the grower/farmer.
    Food gifts through a government shall not be made available to any but:
    • Orphans (children pre-pubescent whose fathers have died)
    • Widows of more than 60 years of age, who have never been divorced

Domestic tranquility

  • Government's authority ends at the family gate.
  • The only remedy at law, available for domestic violence shall be: escort of the complainant to a safer location.
  • No state/federal actors shall be deemed to have cause/warrant to enter any residential property, based on anonymous advice nor any call for checking the welfare of others. Governmental entry into a residential property shall only be:
    • with a warrant from an elected court, based on sworn testimony of a publicly and presently identified witness.
    • or during a clear, acute and present danger to the physical safety of a person within the property.

Voting

  • Elections and other voting shall be exercised by males, aged 35 and over.

Military

  • Service in the military shall be reserved to males aged 19 and over.
  • To marry a woman (her first time) is an exemption for the husband from service in war, for 1 year.

Education

  • No state nor federal government shall legislate, regulate, nor involve itself in the education of
    • boys of an age greater than 13 years
    • girls of an age greater than 11 years
  • Government involvement in education shall not involve subjects other than reading, writing, and mathematics

Pursuit of Happiness

  • Every one doing business, has absolute freedom in his own hiring decisions. No anti-discrimination laws shall have any force.
